I gave him a rough sketch of what I wanted and we discussed wood choices and as if by magic, it appeared in my alcove. Very pleased with the result. Mark was in constant contact, gave me advice and kept me updated about the progress with many pictures. As an oversees landlord, having updates was reassuring and meant no surprises.
